Cancellation and Refund Policy

At SmartZEN Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital products and services. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled for our software solutions, website development, mobile applications, digital marketing, and other IT services.

1. Project Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of a project before development has commenced. If work has already started, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the project stage, and charges may apply for work completed.

  • Before project commencement – Eligible for cancellation.
  • After project initiation – Charges will apply for completed work.
  • After project delivery – Cancellation is not applicable.

2. Website & Mobile App Development

Due to the customized nature of website and mobile application development, payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.

  • Advance payments are used for project planning and resource allocation.
  • Completed milestones are non-refundable.
  • Any remaining unpaid work will be cancelled upon request.

3. Software & SaaS Subscription

Subscription fees for software products and SaaS platforms are generally non-refundable once the subscription has been activated.

  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after activation.
  • Customers may cancel future renewals at any time.

4. Digital Marketing Services

Digital marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media management are billed based on the work performed. Payments made for completed services are non-refundable.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by the customer.
  • Incorrect billing due to a technical error.
  • Service could not be initiated due to reasons solely attributable to SmartZEN Solutions.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom software development.
  • Website design and development.
  • Mobile application development.
  • Domain registration.
  • Web hosting charges.
  • Third-party software licenses.
  • Digital marketing campaigns already executed.
  • Consultation and technical support services already provided.

7. Cancellation of Subscription Services

Customers may cancel subscription services at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle the customer to a refund for the current subscription period.
