Smart Mandap requests the following device permissions to deliver its core functionality. We only request permissions that are necessary for the Application to work properly.

2.1 Internet Access (android.permission.INTERNET)

This permission allows the Application to connect to the internet in order to:

• Fetch and display Mandap listings, availability, and pricing from our servers.
• Submit and confirm Mandap bookings in real time.
• Sync Your account information and booking history.
• Send and receive notifications about Your bookings and inquiries.
• Load images and other media content related to Mandap listings.

2.2 Precise Location (android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION)

This permission allows the Application to access Your device's GPS-level location. It is used to:

• Show Mandap venues near Your exact location on a map.
• Calculate accurate distances between Your location and available Mandaps.
• Filter and sort Mandap search results based on proximity to You.
• Provide turn-by-turn directions to a selected Mandap venue.

Your precise location is only accessed when You are actively using the Application and only after You have granted permission. You can revoke this permission at any time through Your device settings.

2.3 Approximate Location (android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION)

This permission allows the Application to access Your device's approximate location (based on Wi-Fi or mobile network data). It is used as a fallback when precise location is unavailable, in order to:

• Show Mandap venues in Your general area (city or district level).
• Display region-specific Mandap listings and suggestions.
• Support location-based features when GPS is not available.

We use approximate location data only to improve Your search and browsing experience within the Application.

3. Data We Collect

3.1 Personal Data

When You register for and use Smart Mandap, We may collect the following personally identifiable information:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Billing address, city, state, and PIN/postal code
• Event details (event type, preferred date, number of guests)

3.2 Location Data

With Your permission, We collect location data (precise or approximate) as described in Section 2 above. Location data is used solely to improve search relevance and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Usage Data is collected automatically when You use the Service. It may include:
